  6.         If internal operations cease for 300 seconds and watchdog is
  7.         enabled, a system reset is performed.  This is useful for remote
  8.         sites.  Note that in places, Jnos calls the memory allocator
  9.         and waits for memory to become available.  It is possible for
  10.         Jnos to deadlock, when no process is available to terminate and
  11.         release memory to the allocator.  Hence the utility of the watchdog
  12.         timer!
